Using iPhone or Android Without a Wearable
If you don’t have a wearable device such as an Apple Watch or Garmin, don’t worry, most activities are still tracked directly by your iPhone or Android smartphone.

** Google has recently transitioned their health data intermediary app from Google Fit which is now discontinued, to Health Connect which is currently in beta. When Google starts approving 3rd party developer access to Health Connect, we will be able to support any wearable device’s automated activity sharing that can share with Health Connect. Over time, we expect this to be the majority of the wearables market.

Ultimate Badge Challenge
If you’re looking for a way to drive long term engagement in challenges over the course of a quarter, half year, or even a full year, badge challenges are a great option.
How badge challenges work:
- Every participant who meets a challenge goal will earn a badge specific to that challenge.
- Create a series of regular challenges that run for several months, quarters, etc.
- At the end of the designated time period, who ever has the most challenge badges is the winner (or select the top 5 as winners, etc.).
- Please note that badge challenges wont appear in the list of active challenges in the app, it’s something that we announce to employees at the same time as the other challenges but it’s tracked by the FitPros team who can provide updates along the way and a final summery of the leaders at the end of the challenge period.
Challenge Bundles
Browse a selection of challenges that go well together as a bundle to run during a single quarter, half or full year.

Your company’s brand profile is a special account that should be shared among anyone who can act as an administrator for your wellness activities. You’ll want to specify a group email address and a password that you can share with this group, usually a few colleagues on the HR or Wellness team.

- Enter a group email address that your fellow benefits admin team members have access to so that brand posting responsibilities can be shared.
- Complete the rest of the profile registration and then email your Client Success team the email address of the brand profile. This allows us to designate this account as the brand profile on the backend so that you can make public posts and announcements to everyone.
- Keep in mind that when you want to post as yourself, you’ll want to logout of the app and sign in again using your personal email address and password.
Posting with your brand profile
- If you’re currently logged in with your personal account, you’ll want to:
- Go to “My Profile” in the main navigation at the bottom. Tap the gear icon in the upper right hand corner and choose “Logout”.

- Once logged in as your brand profile, go to the Feed and tap the round “+” icon in the bottom right corner.
